paid but no reading?
your reading lives at its own private link — the one you landed on after checkout. if you lost it or it never loaded, email me with the email you paid with and i'll send it straight over.
refunds
if something went wrong technically — no cards, a broken reading, a double charge — email me within 14 days and i'll refund you in full, no questions. readings are personal interpretations, so i can't refund one just for not saying what you hoped. ♡
your privacy
i store your question and your reading so you can come back to it, plus the email from your receipt. card details never touch this site — payment is handled entirely by stripe. the free daily pull uses an anonymous id and a one-way hash, never your raw address.

readings are for entertainment and reflection only — not medical, legal, or financial advice. you must be 18+ to buy a reading.
